History is Made by You

The Museum has great appreciation for individuals, organizations and businesses who contribute to preserving the history of our wonderful area.

Each year since the museum opened, we have presented the Heritage Award to someone who has given time and effort to the understanding of Spokane Valley history.

Our 2015 recipient was Herman H. Meier, a member of the Museum’s board of directors. Herman passed suddenly in June 2015. He was a longtime volunteer at the Museum. His friendship and contributions are greatly missed.
