We need your donations. The Museum does not receive any direct local or state governmental funding. Our funding comes from donations, fundraising events and the support of people and businesses in our community.

Your gifts enable us to undertake the vital work of preserving Spokane Valley’s heritage and cultural identity for future generations.

A vision to grow the Museum

We are a smaller museum with a big vision. With your help, we can continue to provide engaging exhibits, interactive education and programming, and conservation of archives, photo collections and other records.

Spokane Valley Heritage Museum Fund: Help us continue to transform and enrich our community by bringing its history to life.

Herman H. Meier Building Fund: In honor of longtime volunteer and good friend of the Museum, Herman H. Meier, who passed away in 2015, the building fund explores the viability of more functional space.

Endowment Fund: This fund allows for continuous support and upkeep of the Museum.

The Museum is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. All financial contributions are tax-deductible.

Fred Meyer Community Rewards

You can use your Fred Meyer Rewards Card to help the Museum, too. In 2014, we earned $500 just because our supporters linked their Rewards Cards to the Spokane Valley Heritage Museum.
